For those who enjoy mojitos and daiquiris, Milk Bar & Bistro serves 5 Euro cocktails daily. Depending on what you're in the mood for, the city is your oyster. In a city that prides itself on affordable cocktails, 2 euro glasses of wine and overflowing pitchers of 'easy on the wallet' sangria, Barcelona doesn't lack when it comes to happy hour venues. He, perhaps more than the 45 minute wait, is the biggest reason why we will not hurry back.If it's between 4-8pm in Barcelona, then there are more than enough places to grab a cheap and delicious beverage. He found our waiting time amusing and just kept rudely pushing us out of his way and to drink at the bar and at one point, after about half an hour, simply chose to ignore us. The worst part of the evening was the rude and offensive host who could not care less that we were annoyed at not getting our table. The roasted corn pintxos were tasty but a bit small and the old standby of chorizo with figs seemed tired and sad next to the amazing new options. ![]() We particularly loved the grilled zucchini, mahi-mahi, squid ink arancini, skate wing, jamon & manchego croquetas and grilled hangar steak (not overly truffled) but the stand out of the night was La Carne de Cerdo Bikini (it was an homage to a perfectly grilled cheese sandwich with pork from a cubano inside). The ambiance, food, wines, service and prices can’t be beat. expanded tapas menu of great new options. This had always been a pre-pandemic staple and we were thrilled to find a vastly.
